• Due to hygiene reasons, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt. 
• GlowDry will refund the purchase  cost of the product(s) minus shipping and processing fees. 
• Items must be returned in their  original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used, due to hygiene reasons.
